Giddos Goodie Boxes

When a young person undergoes Cancer treatments they are sick a lot their taste changes and the often have sores within their mouths.

Whilst in hospital with Jordan many times he went for days unable to eat then would fancy something in the middle of the night when all the shops were closed. Due to our experience we have provided Giddos Goodie Boxes on all wards in North wales where young people have Cancer treatments, Alder Hey and Clatterbridge Teenage Cancer Units.

They are filled up every couple of months with drinks, sweets, chocolate, crisps, breakfast bars and biscuits for the young people the help themselves whenever they fancy something.

2019/2020 we were lucky enough to get funding from the national lottery to fill the boxes up for one year.
